Tell me who you are

I am part of a small team of facilitators who get online Wednesday nights and facilitate workshops in Acceptance and Commitment for adult siblings of people with developmental disabilities.

We can do this work because of CAMH, KBH, CCCE and Siblings Canada.

Each of the siblings that shows up in our workshops is my hero. It is a privilege to meet them, everytime. Their stories, their strength, their resolve to understand and to find their best path forward reverberates in me for days after.

We send poems for homework.

This week's poem pierces my soul.
